Q:Why does the digital display show E2?
A: The water source might not be turned on. Please check and ensure that the water source is turned on.
B: The water tank may not be properly placed. Please try reinstalling the water tank.

The water tank may not be properly placed. Try removing and then reinserting the water tank.
Q:Why does the digital screen show E8?
This could be due to the temperature dropping below 1°C, causing the water channels to freeze. To resolve this, first disconnect the inlet pipe, then drain the water from the purifier for a while before shutting down and restarting the water dispenser.
Q:Why is there water in the pipes of a new machine upon receipt?
All products undergo a usage test before leaving the factory, which is why there might be residual water. It is recommended to run water for 10-15 minutes initially to thoroughly clean the internal piping.
Q:What is the lifespan of the product?
Our product is designed with a lifespan of 15 years, and the heating element has a lifespan of 6,000 hours. You can use it with confidence.
